Thats pretty pricey, I think you could get the same effect and then some with a good air fuel controller. Of course the Air/Fuel controller will cost about a hundred more but I think its a better buy...

FYI, you pull the EFI fuse so your car wont be spitting fuel into the cylinders while doing voltage and amps checks on the starter, pulling the EFI fuse will in no way hinder you from making sure...
