yea ur car needs some fluid...if you fill it up and its still hard to turn, you might have a leak somewhere, as for the noise while turning it could be a number of things if you can try and describe...

mmm...i dont think this problem has anything to do with him having the upper end rebuilt...teh tranny is connected to the bottom end via crankshaft, this is interesting...the mechanic is right...

well...not a lot...but there will be some custom fab needed...like u wont need the motors for the headlights no more...so u can rip those out, all the electronics for that motor can be ripped...

when i still had the 7m i dint take the heat shield off...only because its there for one reason...to not let teh heat from teh turbo permeate into the engine bay....makes for some hot atmospheric air...
