right you are right my bad then check the cam position sensor that is where the dist used to be and it had coilpacks so there is more inplay than just those now you need to check the ignition module...

did you check for spark fuel at least thats where i would start and then go to the cam pos sensor or the distributor its possible that has failed was the car runing and then quit?
