That part is working, but the idle "surges" while stopped with foot on the brake. A/C kicks on-n-off. There's a little potentiometer somewhere on other Toyotas of the same vintage, just can't find it...

Hey folks. Is there an adjustment somewhere on my 88 Turbo / Auto / Targa, that will allow me to bump up the idle 2 or 300 RPM with the A/C running? I know there's gotta be somethin like my 4Runner...

If you just drain, you'll need to replace about 3 qts of Dextron 3.

1 fluid for Clutch / brakes.

They don't make a "clutch" fluid, like the PS fluids.. or do they?

You can rebuild your existing pump for about $30 with the Toyota power steering pump seal kit. Dealer have them. This is common on the 3.0 V6 pickups and 4Runners. Not hard to rebuild. Here's a link...
