Did you remove the CPS when you took off the exhasut manifold? If so you should probably check to see it is back on correctly, and check the timing.

They're hard to find used because they get so brittle and break. If you go to Toyota, the one for the 87 is much more expensive than the one for the 90+. I believe the one for the 90+ is $40-$60.
