Default Fuel Pump

Anybody out there know how much hp you can run before the stock fuel pump runs out of juice? My stock one is making noise and I have a nother stock pump, but if I knew how high I could run the stock one i could save a little on not having to buy a walbro untill I put the new turbo on this spring.

What does the noise its making sound like? When i step on the gas i hear a faint noise that I think may be the fuel pump. But yeah, not sure.

The noise I hear is only when the ignition is in the on position with the car not running. The noise is like wah----wah---wah, something like that. No performance problems but its never made that noise before. The only reason I want to know how much power the pump will hold is that I have a extra one, and if I dont need a walbro for a while I dont need to spend money !!!!!!!!

If you are still running the stock AFM, you don't need to worry about fuel. The AFM will limit you long before the stock fuel pump does.
