what i ended up doing was getting one from o'rielys . you have to put the new bearing in the old housing but if you can weld or know someone who can you only spend about 100 bucks. Hope this helps!

if you close the door then lock it w/the key it wont set the alarm. then when you want the alarm set just lock it inside then hold the door handle up. even then mine has gone off a couple of times....
