got it to start! turns out the afm is either bad...
got it to start! turns out the afm is either bad or the wrong one. unplugged it and it fired right up. doesnt stay running but it starts!

what side of the engine would the knock sensors...
what side of the engine would the knock sensors usually be on? drivers or passenger? ive got voltage going to the cps so i just need to isolate the signal wire from that and see if im getting voltage...

yea i checked it. im not getting anything. what i did was pulled off the 2 pin connector found my batt voltage then put my dvom lead into the other connector cranked it over and nothing.

thats a great idea. except for the fact it doesnt have a distributor. but i did try the spark plug thing. was still in my mouth. still no spark. and there is power going to all 3 of the coils.

figured id try another forum since everyone on mine seems to be stumped. i have an 86.5 supra that i dropped a jdm 7mgte out of a 87-88 supra in. the swap came with engine wiring harness transmission...
