A clutch doesn't usually just GO. You'll know when it's time to replace it. It will start slipping and gradually get worse. Although I have had one blow out on me but that is usually never the case....

Yeah definitely a better socket and get some leverage on the end of your ratchet like the handle of a floor jack or something. 1/2 inch will work if you keep breaking 3/8's

Sounds like a ground issue. Make sure your wiring job isn't exposed and touching anywhere. Did you run a whole new wire from ecu to knock sensor?

Yeah read check that diagram posted above it's a good one and easy to understand. Make sure everything looks right. If your boost gauge is reading correctly then it's definitely a vacuum problem....
