Default I don't know what this plug is?

It hasn't been connected to anything ever. The car is a 91 manual turbo. Any ideas?

I'm probably way wrong on this but I have a non turbo model that I converted to turbo. After the conversion I had an extra plug that looked really similar to that. It ran all the way down to the transmission and had something to do with anti-skid? I have since taped it up and hid it
