Dash Light
Go to this website: http://www.brandwood.net/supra/handbook/index.html and it will explain all your dash lights and what they mean. The one you refer to is usually called the "birdcage" by folks on this board and it lets you know that the overflow bottle in front of the radiator is low on coolant.
