The oil on the plugs is probably from bad valve cover gaskets. You are going to have to take off the throttle body to replace them. It's not that difficult. Plus you'll be able to replace all your plugs. Take lots of pictures before you start. The coolant temperature sensor is also very easy to replace. Go to the CYGNUS site that everyone here uses and you should be able to get diagrams on everything you need. Good luck.
