Autozone??? Most repair shops. It cost us $1 a gallon to have it picked up at my shop, so some shops will want to be paid by you to cover the cost.

Cool Landfill

I work at a landfill, and we have an "Eco-Center" here, we accept motor oil, and empty containers...I would suspect that most lanfill's in North America should have one of these...

...Also your local Fire Department will know where you can dispose of that kind of stuff. They are trained in handling it, so they should know where you can dispose of it. Also I would search online, I have heard of ways to neutralize the "Harmful" chemicals in anti-freeze, which then could be poured strait into the ground.

Our Supra’s, which art in the driveway,
Hollowed be thy power, thy mods are great, thy speed endless,
On the road or at the track. Give us this day free of cops,
And forgive us our impound charges, as we forgive those who are slow.
And lead us not into speed traps, and deliver us from the interceptors,
For thine is our car, the power, and the glory…forever and ever….amen.
