Right back to the original thread, a possible cause of crunching/grinding noise at full lock could be the steering bump stops are worn (see pic) they consist of a plastic cap fitted over the adjusting bolt, very cheap and easy to replace. |

we tend to stereotype pple here its kind of a mild racism seems normal here in america doesnt matter what you really are jus where you came from so dont even bother they mean no harm or offense lol but what do i need to get to replace that part and have you done it yourself if you do, post up if it does stop the snapping sound |

I'm the guy who razzed you for your spelling, hope you don't hold it against me. I blew up your pic and saw what looks like a bolt. You say there is some kind of plastic cover that fits over it? If you do the fix, post another pic so we can see what you're talking about. Thanks.

No problem I took it as a complement! end of subject. I'm probably 5 hrs in front of you guys the time is 23.55 pm so I will keep it short. The red arrow shows the steering stop adjusting screw covered with a plastic cap. The blue arrow is the lower suspension arm. On full lock the steering stop plastic cap will make contact with the suspension arm. yea it did kinda feel like it was stuck to something, well thx for the info but its no more useful to me but atleast u solved this problem for many others, i actually enjoyed driving the supra the seats held u in nicely and the handling felt like rally style. i could feel the power of the car just by sitting in it, it has that feeling with me. if i could i really would buy another 88 & up supra if it was less then 2k and no problems whatsoever! cause im looking to buy a car now for less then 2k, i live in houston,tx harris county if your in the area and selling a good car for that price or less lmk plz thanks
