Wheel Offset and Width for MK3

I have been looking everywhere to find the wheel offset for the MK3 supra so I know what to buy. I am also looking for width suggestions, both for the front and the back wheels. Can anyone offer me up any advice or suggestions?

well i used to have a 40 offset on mine with my 16's and they looked pretty mint and weren't too far out or too far in... just nice i reckon
