codes 31 and 51

my car was running fine yesterday but when i got in it to day it would idle around 1.5-2rpms and fuxuates alot, after running about 15 seconds it idles really low (300-500rpms) or just dies i checked codes and came up with 31 and 51 what should i check or change?

is there soething i dont know. because every time i ask a question people look at it and dont respond
