Few issues before buy

Im currently debating buying a 1990 Supra Turbo with 49000 original miles. Seems like a good deal aside from a couple issues and wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions or answers.
1. Headlights and turn signals dont work but brake lights do. Possible electrical issue or just a fuse?

2. A/C doesnt work, may need recharged. Anyone had this done? cost?

3. Power window motors going out. Hard to find? expensive?

Anything you guys can tell me would be great. Im really excited about this car and hope it pans out.

Really need to know a bit more history about supra first,( Has it been standing for while ?) a few suggestions below, not necessary in the correct order.

Unlikely both window motors have gone, they are protected by a 7.5 amp fuse. Possibility it’s just the switch contacts that need cleaning. The windows are on the same fuse as the reversing lights, rear window demister, power antenna and few more items.

Head lamps not working; again could just be the 30amp Retractable headlight system fuse, but combined with turn signal not working sounds like the switch mechanism in the stalk.

Air con re-gassing about 99 GB Pounds in the UK. at today’s exchange rate $160

I don’t know of any part not available from Toyota, (apart from the rear window) Scrap yards and Ebay would be the first place to look. If you see a seller on Ebay listing a MK III Supra part, its possible they haven’t listed all the items they are selling. I always email them with the part I want, worth a try.
