I have been hunting down parts for my MKIII for about a month now, and am listing parts as i go (you can see the link in my sig). I have used ebay to do a comparison, but quite frankly dont feel safe buying from the stores there. You have no idea on some of them what presence they have in real life. Having said all that, I have found that there the web stores are relatively "like-priced" for parts and almost all are cheaper than Toyota. The parts though all are "upgrades" from stock, so I am looking for that, and probably because of the car's age, there are more upgrade parts than factory ones. Anything hidden or not vital to performance, though, I will do with factory parts (and eat the extra cost). None of us want to throw away money, but a lot of us love our cars enough to splurge occassionally. In the end... your typical $2,000 - $4,000 Supra can outperform the $20,000+ cars and I just like the MKIII better ![]() Spend 20,000 on your Supra than pitch it against a new car. (if your still street legal.. lol) Just dont skimp on a part thats 20.00 cheaper if its gonna cost you 1000.00 later on... (which is what I think the original response was intended to say) just to continue on the Octane... we have 91 octane premium in Alberta (Canada) but i found a place that has 94 Octane... right at the base of a 7km climb up a mountain.
