if you desperately need it to run your car it will bolt up fine... i'm not sure on the bellhousing between r154 and w58 tho... altho block bolt pattern is the same.. is the gearbox boltup?
it will work tho  just make sure it has a bellhousing and get a clutch kit etc as they use different clutches
