1. you can prolly find a decent one in the 3k-5k range.
2. ya turbos break, but the ct-26 tend to be easy to find and rebuilding is pretty cheap 3. ya tons of mods, takes a lil while to find them 4. i would suggest a late model, like a 90-92, but they tend to be more scarce and more expensive then 89- gl finding one and stick around the forums
