I think you'll be fine. Private owners sell cars all the time without a license. I doubt you need one for just two cars. If you want to make a business of it, you may want to investigate getting one. It could make a business venture easier by having one.

Do you know how much they cost to get, or any places on the web that has information on dealer licenses.

Check with the state , city, and county governments. They all have websites now. One of those has to manage the license, and will give you guidelines on who should get one.
