The injector cables? Do you mean the spark plug wires? The distributor cap should have numbers on each ear for which wire they go to.
Also most toyota distributors have lines on the gear and then the body to line up before installing. (with the engine at tdc, on the #1 cylinder compression stroke.) See here: Page IG-17 MK3 TSRM On-Line Ray.
