is it turbo? if so are you geting any boost? if not is the idle ok are there any vacuum leaks. if you dont know take a bottle of carb cleaner and spray it on the throttle body and other tubes if the idle goes up you found a leak.
another prob could be. did you take off the tps or move it at all?
