hello all, im new to supras. ive just sold my escort cossie and am going for a tt supra. im contemplating buying one with the following spec and is claimed to be around 500bhp? is this even possiable from the following spec?

-HUGE HKS FRONTMOUNT INTERCOOLER WITH CHROME PIPPING. -APEXI INDUCTION BREATHER KIT.

in your opinions what kinda power should this supra see? its a auto on a n plate

was it absoulutley, positively, down right, "if i dont i'm gonna die" must that u had to caps the ENTIRE thread. everything looks like one word... dont do it again. also if this is stupid please find the courtesy in your heart to answer it. whats bhp mean?

it "might" be 500hp @ the engine... being automatic with 15% drivetrain loss acounted for and say 100whp increase for exhaust, intake & ecu maybe a little more

it might be.. but if i were you i'd wanna see the dyno sheet

make sure you do a vin check on it... make sure the seller is legit, is he asking only for a deposit and he will ship the car to you?

BHP = Base Horse Power = Measured at the flywheel, or flexplate depending on wether its an automatic or manual transmission

RWHP = Rear Wheel Horsepower = Actual horsepower you are producing at the rear wheels.

they can save ur ass from blowing stuff up :P

Well just think about it, without a temp gauge how would you know if your starting to overheat, you probably wouldn't you would probably only know that you ar overheating, well once the smoke starts to poor out from under your hood, and sometimes it overheats so badly it just shuts off after the engine starts to make lots of nasty noises.
