the manifolds in my opinion for the 6cyls are fine
when you buy em.. take em to an engineer and get the rest of the slag taken out of the manifold and slap it on  A friend of mine Kevin has a mk4 supra here... he's been running one for about 2 years or so now... so make sure it's clean inside and no horrible weldy bits will go through wastegates etc
