Is this Supra worth buying?

First, I commend you on actually realizing the turbo might not be the best car to start driving with - you are leagues beyond your teenage friends.

I don't think the car will get 9k. Like you have noted, the appearance isn't great and 190k plus miles is quite a bit. I'd go well under the KBB quoted value.

Are you planning on having it sent from TX to CT?

Ahh, sorry, I just realized the craigslist ad was from NY.

I agree with pwpanas, get something else for your first car and then save up for the TT. Integras are fun to start with and work on.

In fact, I'd recommend you start with something reliable and economical while you save up for your TT. In the meantime, do simulations (eg. GT4), kart racing, and driving school(s) to get ready for your GT sportscar.
