An IS300 engine is pretty much the same as an n/a (non-turbo) Mkiv Supra engine. In essence, you're asking if an mkiv TT manual (6spd) tranny can bolt up to an n/a mkiv engine? If that's the question, then the answer is yes. As for the rest of it, I'm sorry to say I've never worked on an S2000, so I don't have any info on the viability of that swap. Have you asked this over in the S2000 forums?
