Default 86 Supra...Month 1 or 2.

Hi, i recently bought my toyota supra. But i have a problem, I went to Autozone and I wanted to buy some parts for my car. When the clerk asks me if my car was month 1 or 2. I didnt really know what to say...If anyone could tell me some distinct atributes a M1 or M2 has...All i know is that is a 86 Supra 3.0.

uh probably because in the mk2 (celica supra) was last produced early in 1986 and the mk3 was produced in late 1986, aka 86.5 supra, so im guessing its month 1 - mk2 and month 2 mk3?

in 86 they made the mk2 one month then they switched to the mk3 model when you tell him its a 3.0 he should be able to tell which model it is if there is a problem till him is the same as the 87 model everything on bother cars are interchangable...
