Wow, those pictures made my day.

He is correct, it should be cleaner than a dinner plate inside the timing belt area. Looks like either one or all 4 seals are leaking bad. 2 cam seals, 1 crank seal and an oil pump drive shaft seal. One or all of those are leaking and causing your problem.

And you better replace the timing belt tensioner and tensioner spring when you replace the timing belt and oil seals. Tensioner is a dealer only item and is $150.
