Here in Canada (especially in Quebec) the price of imported cars is very high. If you'd buy a 92 Supra that is in mint condition, you could pay EASILY up to 7000-9000$CA. So considering the condition, price of the car and the fact that I get rid of my piece of s*** 626, I think it is a good deal. But still I agree that the problems that there is on the car could be a pain in the ass for me. BUT I made a deal with the sellman: since it still needs to pass the safety check, he would pay anything that is needed to pass that test. I still need to find out if here in Quebec leaking oil is against that test but I am 90% sure that yes it is. Same for the air leak. The other deal I made with him is that anything that is 100$ and over of cost of reparations he would pay it or just take the price down. I would still like to hear your opinion about that. Thank you again. -Gab |
