Giggle valve thing goes to the top, put the o ring around it, and pop it in. no biggy besides that get it tight though dont wanna leak from there.

^ What he said. Also what ever you do becareful when you take the 2 bolts from the water neck because they can break very easy. I had one break on me and the other one almost broke on me.

And don't tighten those 2 10mm bolts too tight, you can strip the threads out of the aluminum and you'll be helicoiling it.

I think the spec is like 80in/lbs. Maybe 86in/lbs. That's about 7ft/lbs.

Smile Oil Leak Question

I have had this oil leak for sometime now and can't seem to find it. Can anyone tell me where it could possiably be leaking oil from. If your facing the car and your standing in front of it most of my leak coming from the left side of the car and down the front. its gotta so bad it leak into my timing belt and cause it to snap.I have the front completly off and about to put in a new timing belt, but i need to find and fix the leak first. Any help would be apreciated it.

hmm when you have question of your own, it best to start your own thread. also, its very difficult for US to help find an oil leak. your best bet is to follow the leak up to where it start, wipe it up and look for cracks. i dont know if there is much more you can do as far as the internet and leaks go, but start a new thread and maybe you will get more attention and more answers
