My AC blows cold but the fan doesn't always blow. The air coming out is always cold but it doesn't blow hard very often, even if I put it manually on High. I can hear the fan turning slowly in the dash. Any thoughts on what the problem is?[/QUOTE]
Sounds like your fan motor brushes are worn out. Works some, sometimes. You can get an aftermarket blower motor, CARQUEST/FOUR SEASONS Part #208949 New Blower Motor Without Wheel 86-92 List $63.12 Net $37.88 (you'll pay between net & list) or pay more from Toyota.
