the way i see it, the car that you see on the d1 series
doesnt really do anything diffrent than what we do a stage 4 twin disk clutch 1 peice aluminum or carbon fiber driveshaft the stock lsd on the mk3 can take sum abuse but the rear axles is what you should watch out for maybe sum driveshaft shop rear axles? tein coilver suspensions sum serious weight reduction off the front of the car the front bumper support weighs a lot and sum decent power mods maybe go single turbo? and the proper fuel delivery system an infinite tire budget lol and youll have urself a pretty good drift car if i missed anything please add on
