if they are all reading the same thing then its unlikely they are bad.

as for the 5psi, it may just be your gauge as the stockers are old and inaccurate. thats one of the things on my todo list also. so be careful shimming, dont wanna run too lean. congrats on getting it started though wish i could do the same
