I have the flex system with the EDFC, there are 16 or 32(its been so long I can't remember..) different positions you can change it to and you can store 2. I set it to soft on the freeway so the ride is much smoother, then switch to a firmer setting when I get off the freeway. I also have a pretty decent fuel system.

I think you'd be better off getting the coilovers first, then brakes. Now your car will be more able to handle the hp safely.
