This is true with just about anything you work on lol. I started on (gasp) lawnmowers, then I got into the brigs racing scene, Ive built at least 5 briggs motors that have made more than twice as much power as they are stock (10 hp instead of 5 lol). Then i moved RC cars into the mix....which can actually teach you a lot about real cars. You realisze what/how each part works and what it does, And how to take them apart. Then from there i kept going....weedwackers, snowblowers, boat motors, my 350hp monte carlo, my 3.4 v6 swap s10, my integra GSR, my supra, And now here im building my own turbo supra... And I can tell you from experience these cars are not hard to work on compared to any other fuel injected cars, Plus every problem they have is so well documented, there is a fix for EVERYTHING for these cars. lol. As long as you have thee forums, a TSRM, Good tools, And a bit of skill, you can fix any single thing on a supra.

Awesome. Thanks for all the replies, helped give me a realistic view of what I'm gonna be doing and a little more motivation to find one for myself. And I'm really surprised about all the feedback I got it, I tried signing up to this other forum, but I only got one reply and that forum was a lot bigger, or at least seemed like it anyways.
