The first thing you need to do is have the crank crack tested, unfortunately if a bearing has spun that would indicate excessive load on the crank and con rod. I assume you stripped it down due to a knocking noise at about 2k-3k revs or did the engine seize? If there is bearing metal swaged into the crank journal then you will need all the journals reground to the same size. + .020 thou or + .040 thou.
