2jz is the best engine its superior in every way except price and engine swap its a hard swap and a good deal on a 2jz is like 2500 buks if u decide that the 2jz is too much work go with a 1jz but quik power a 2jz is your best bet b/c with a few bolt on parts and a boost control u can get that kind of hp. 7m are good but with that kind of a budget go with a 1j or 2j
