you will probably find cracks on the hose that is connected directly behind the head but you won't be able to see them without the mirror like mrnickleye suggests
i'd plan on replacing it i don't know if your is a turbo but on the exhaust side of the block there is a rubber cap that could be leaking , it's located just below and just behind the turbo . it's near the tranny but i don't think it would leak onto the tranny . just another thing to check . i'd say it's a cracked hose up top and behind
