Coolant Leak

that square egr cover on the back of the head is not a coolant passage, no coolant should be in it at any time. it is a crossover port for the egr valve to send exhaust gas from one side of the head to the other.

Tazman 3653 is correct, most likely the union leaking or the hose connecting to it though. Check this out Link
