well. after all the water was removed it still idled like $#1* . i bought a used intake off ebay which had a idle control speed valve on it. changed it out and i'm back to normal with a very very cleaned "new" looking motor.

there was never water in this sensor when i took it apart. the sensor was sticking in one position. why this happened when washed , i dont know.

thanks for the help and hope my experience helps someone out later in life.
