Default help finding a part

anybody know where i can find a water outlet housing for a 1986.5 NA supra.
water outlet housing=the thing your thermostat sits in not the piece your upeer rad hose attatches to but the piece that cover bolts to.
i just noticed mine is stripped out and the top bolt just spins in it looks like the guy before me did not know what he was doing when he replaced the thermostat and over tightened it i tried to retap it and no luck nothing there to grip

is it the one that connect the house to the water outlet and use the clamp to tight it..

or is it the one that connect the head to the water hose... got pix... will help...

you got a haynes book? if so there is a pic of it on page 2b-5. called water outlet housing.

cheap place to get it from is the Junk Yard... aka... the Wrecklen Yard...

there is one special place were you can get it for sure... but will cost you lots of $$$... n that place is the Toyota Dealer...

only 1 junk yard around here that has a supra and its STRIPPED to the shell anybody done a engine swap and still have the old engine laying around that will sell me the part?

you know what part you were looking for... i might have a few things around the back shop... cause early of this year... my mk2 got fire and i sold the car for 5grand... and i still have some mk2 n mk3 parts in the back room... so if you want it.... let me know alright... and i see if i got the part that you needed it alright... later...

yeah look and see if ya got one thats not striiped out and post a pic to make sure its the right part then name your price. i need it. the one on does not seem to be leaking but it makes me nervous i drive 40 miles to and from work each day. and a good one would be a great peace of mind.

from the looks of it its the same on a turbo and non turbo. 7m engines
