but try looking under your intake manifold where your plugs go to your starter, transmission/manual wires and you should see another wire thats sorta seethrough, that should be connected to your knock sensor, more than likely it's broken off at the rubber bung

there is a tech tip on the sogi website for repairing knock sensors

maybe someone knows the link offhand

i found two good sites that can help me and others on this stupid code 52. both talk on how to fix’s the knock sensor and walk through.
