there is only one type of chip that is available for the 7mgte ecu and that is the (can't remember the damn name) but is made by reg reimer i believe
it's extremely costly to get done and not many do it... it's far easier to do the lexus 550's or hks fcd so your chip not doing anything... more than likely  you probly had a boost leak and repaired it without even realising
