Replace that rubber hose that goes from the cap area to the overflow bottle and put hose clamps on it. I had a leak there. And make sure the overflow bottle lid is on good. Any air leak in the coolant system above the bottle will let air in instead of overflow coolant when your car cools off. And dont fill the radiator all the way to the top, Leave about 1/2 - 3/4 inches at the top. If you fill it all the way up its of course going to pump all that out when its warm. Its not supposed to be full to the max.
