And dont fill the radiator all the way to the top, Leave about 1/2 - 3/4 inches at the top. If you fill it all the way up its of course going to pump all that out when its warm. Its not supposed to be full to the max.

This is incorrect.

Our cars, like most others, was designed to be completely full of coolant. The overflow bottle is there to catch, and save, any coolant that flows over the cap pressure, 13lbs.

The car may NOT send coolant to the bottle, as mine does not, unless it gets hot from extreme conditions, such as racing, mtn roads, A/C on and temps well over 100* in slow city driving, etc. (BHG's can do it quickly).

And if not idled for a coulpe of minutes before shutdown after doing some of the afore mentioned extremes, it will send some to the bottle upon engine shutdown.

If coolant does flow into the bottle, and if the system is properly functioning (everything is correct), the coolant will get sucked back into the radiator when the engine cools down for a couple of hrs.

This is why the system is always "full".
