Default Stupid Light

So I have recently rebuilt an 87 Turbo Targa Top, 5 speed with a 7m-gte. I have a light up on the dash that looks like a temple sort of thing to the left of the gauges. Does anyone know what this is or how to get rid of it. I also cant get the back lights to turn on and wonder if there is a switch or something i have to get so i can see how fast im driving at night. Sorry, Im still pretty ignorant to how this thing works even though i rebuilt the engine and a major part of the interior.

Thanks for any advice you have.

Coolant light. Theres a little dimmer switch under the panel on the left side of the steering wheel, thats either turned down or broken and you need a new one.

add some water to your overflow bottle. And replace the dimmer switch in your dashboard. The light on is usually a signal that your leaking coolant thou

Aside from the coolant leaking leaking, it might also be the HG. That light is sometimes called a BHG light

Default BHG Light

I have a BHG light on too! Haven't found any leaks yet though. Its funny because I thought I heard a trickling of water the other day and now. The dreaded waterfall sound from the dash too!
