ill've just read some post...i heard about shimmed wastegate... i think mine is because both bolt have 4 shim behind each... maybe thats making me having that 15 psi??? ill tryed to remove 2 of the shim but the bolt is torqued but the wastegate still can move so i shimmed to the other side ( 2 shim to make the wastegate more far from the turbo) ive tryed it and the turbo dont seem to go more then 10 psi...but i cant really test it cuz the clutch is slipping
but adding or removing shims is a way to control the boost? the car also have a 3? straight pipe (no cat) exhaust and a knN air filter...it also have arp torqued bolts.plz help me i wanna limit the turbo to 10 psi what should i do??? i also have the burned bulb dash light, antilock and check eingine light on

I only have 4 washers and i hit maybe 10lbs of boost, I would just remove a washer or two. Get a boost controller to be safe and a good guage

remove all washers from wastegate
buy a boost controller & a good gauge don't adjust boost controller till you know what your car does stock if you hit fuel cut once you start adjusting the boost, turn down the boost
