does it hold boost?

have you checked all your intercooler pipes

what is the bov set at?
remember our airflow meters are at the beginning of the engine so they don't know that air has escaped out of the bov and the engine therefore runs very rich and can stall

let us know

Suprra_girl welcome back. I've seen the new pics of the build, very nice. As for the losing boost thing. You're turbo might be fried. The whistling might be what people call the "death whine." Look into it. That might be the problem
