I say check your BOV a few times people have it on the lowest setting.

Suprra_girl welcome back. I've seen the new pics of the build, very nice. As for the losing boost thing. You're turbo might be fried. The whistling might be what people call the "death whine." Look into it. That might be the problem

 yea the whistling thing is usually the death wine  i remember that noise now lol mine had a blade missing off the comp wheel, was great for bout a year then i got the death whine lol
